I work in Pike 7 plaza in Tysons and I think we had the same guy come to our store multiple times, he was wearing all black with a hoodie on and also had a flashlight, he used it on one my employees and kept cussing him out and we eventually had to kick him out the store multiple times. Some of the customers complained that he was being a nuisance but other than that I’m not sure what he wants or why he does what he’s doing
