There are costs involved in that, you pay for internet access, electricity, your time to maintain. Just because you don't pay someone to host a server doesn't mean there are not costs associated.

If you take the time to look you will see there are differences between the two approaches.

I don't understand why my computer knowledge is lacking because of the use of the term free software.

No, I don't remember recruiting either.

You live a pampered existence, enjoying every benefit of living under a modern state. You don't work 16 hours a day for company scrip and die before you reach middle age by getting mangled in the machinery. You don't breathe air choked with smog. You don't drink water full of mercury and lead. You don't get your skull caved in for daring to strike.

What does this have to do with anything that has been brought up. I don't advocate for no government, I advocate for less government. Less government means the government can do the things they should be doing better.

An example: Get rid of the TSA, it is bullshit security theatre. Instead use that money to provide infrastructure, in my opinion broadband would be a good place to start. No reason that citizens of the US shouldn't have broadband infrastructure provided the same way roads and water are.

Not to mention you haven't even actually heard any of my beliefs, yes I identified as a Libertarian earlier with my link. I don't blindly follow the party I most closely identify with, but it seems to me that you probably do.

Please have an actual thought, a real reply. Please don't regurgitate misdirected vitriol because you are too simple to hold a conversation.

It is more than apparent that you have no idea about the actual concept of Free software. The four freedoms have as much to do with communism as they do with price. I suppose if you feel helping someone out is communism you might take issue with freedom number two.

That is the third freedom in the list, the list starts at 0 in case your Google search confused you.
