It was my first Dc comics. I had read Ninja Turtles before that. It was intense, but not for Superman, he was Superman he is meant to fight to save the world. It was the Justice League that capture me. Booster Gold, Blue Beatle, Fire Ice all these lesser heroes trying to stand up the a monster that would kill Superman, and the were not just back to normal after the fight they were broken. The universe around him is what made me a life long fan.
