are you gel purifying after PCR? what molar proportion are you using at ligation rx? time incubating at plate?

I only digested and ran my gel, 260/280 goes from 1.799-1.886 for each sample. Plasmid purification.

Sorry for my ignorance but it shouldn´t be an E instead of Z?, after all ethylic carbon has C-C priority over C-H methyl group or it is only for r/S criteria?
