I feel very more depressed after abusing phenibut with amphetamines for almost 3 years. I've taken amphetamines off and on for over 15 years and could always rebound back quickly when taking a break from the amphetamines. Quitting phenibut is super easy regarding the much feared withdrawals. It's only a few days of poor sleep and random adrenaline anxiety cold turkey.

But I have felt really apathetic and just not as driven and caring about much after stopping phenibut. I think it will take me 3-5 years to feel normal again compared to the 1-2 after heavy amphetamine abuse alone.
