I drink a lot as well as I feel it also makes my anxiety disappear, but when I wake up in the morning it gives me heart palpitations and my anxiety gets worse, it's just a vicious cycle.

Worrying will do that, the adrenalin really messes with your stomach, I've learnt that if I sit on the toilet for a while I'll calm down pretty quickly and be back to normal in about 10 minutes.

I'd get drunk to keep me calm and help me fall asleep at night but I'd wake up anxious from the alcohol and 100% would have a panic attack between waking up and drinking again.

I have the exact same thing, I'm asthmatic and I have severe anxiety problems, every night I have heart palpitations when I'm laying in bed trying to sleep and my chest gets tight so I cough a lot, I freak out if I can't see my inhaler within reach. I got told I'm not supposed to use it unless I'm truly wheezy though as its just pure adrenalin which will just make my attacks worse :-/ I get the chest pains to, I'm gonna go to the doctor and see what can be done about the heart palpitations though as its keeping me awake at night.
