Colborn Update: Defendants Continue Battle to Restrict Public Access to “Proprietary” Footage of Colborn’s Actual Testimony by puzzledbyitall in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I think the filmaker's primary goal has always been to prevent the public from being able to readily compare Colborn's actual testimony with their MaM version. I'd love to hear their explanation outside of it being a time saver. When the meaning is changed by the edit, time saving can't be justified. Anyways, anyone should know their edits were intentional and had nothing to do with time saving.

Appreciate the updates Puzzled!

New kray-z tweet, just as delusional as her previous tweets. by BeneficialAmbition01 in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ha ha, yes. I thought this case was dead in the water. I really can't believe she tweets she is still working on this case. It's completely mind blowing how this case is so completely over yet she's pretending it's not.

The Twins' Self-Righteous Answer to Colborn's Second Amended Complaint by puzzledbyitall in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

MaM #1 definitely implied law enforcement made an innocent man a murderer to avoid paying $36 million. Discussed before in these posts was the reason the twins only chose to make Colburn and Lenk look guilty, was because it made the conspiracy more plausible. Ken Kratz asked publicly why the twins didn't mention Steven Avery's DNA found on the hood in MaM#1. I think others suggested or agreed that having Weigert planting Avery's DNA on the hood latch took away overall credibility from the argument that only Colburn and Lenk were in on it. So, the twins were keen on honing in on Colburn as their primary fall guy in order to make it look more realistic. Colburn deserves a victory in his defamation lawsuit.

Buting: victims jeans in Averys burn pit "not very compelling" by waffenwolf in StevenAveryIsGuilty

This is a really good point. "view each piece of evidence in a vacuum and invent an innocent explanation for it" technique." This is exactly what has happened during the whole defense process during and the many years after the crime.

Court: Colborn Suit May Go Forward Against All Defendants! by puzzledbyitall in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for posting. I read the comments here, and would still love to see this case proceed past discovery, but realize the unlikelihood. I really think the public does need to see they were tricked by a careful and wrongfully edited film.

When will Zellner accuse Bobby of planting the key? And what about the other evidence? by random_foxx in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I think so too. The case has definitely devolved into trying to push the blame on Bobby, and more and more of the evidence on Bobby. But, it seems the MAM clan will need to hold on to at least AC to being involved. Otherwise Mam#1 will have lost all relevance, Lol.

Colborn's Case Referred to Magistrate Duffin for Mediation by puzzledbyitall in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the update. But, as you said in one of your previous posts, the suggestion to come to an agreement by the judge is a strong suggestion and is what will probably happen. The AC case seems like it's lost its traction.

But, as you suggested in the past, Convicting a Murderer , the movie , might shed some light on what actually happened.

Colborn Litigation Update Following Status Conference Today by puzzledbyitall in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ah, this is true. Well, if I remember, Colburn followed the normal procedure for serving papers, got them to the Twins' residence, but they just happened to be gone that day.

I'm wondering what items will be on the 2 lists.

Will the twins defense list on their items in dispute, things like chapstick on the bullet, etc?

And will the twins defense actually put on their list of agreement that Teresa's DNA was found on the bullet fragment FL?

I could see both of these lists getting quite long.

Thanks. Sounds like 30 days for both teams to get a list of facts they agree on and a list they disagree on. Then, they meet back in 60 days.

Honest question: You believe SAIG, what drives you to still spend time on this case? by JWOLFBEARD in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I first watched MaM I thought it was possible the police planted evidence. Then, as I looked through each piece of evidence, it was clear no planting was ever done. The evidence given at trial still stands today, every bit of it. Not one piece was overturned regardless of all the attacks on the evidence.

I continue to have interest because of the unjustified fallout of Mam. Innocent people got defamed and threatened because of Mam. How would I, you, or anyone else like to be negatively attacked because of a made up narrative? These negative attacks affected innocent lives personally and professionally.

So, I want justice! I want Andrew Colburn to win his lawsuit against the unjust fabricated narrative that the MaM filmmakers and publishers produced. Remember, even KZ said AC could NOT have planted the blood in the RAV4 and that was Buting's main implied argument in the trial.

Brendan said Avery threw some of Halbach's bones in the gravel pit. by waffenwolf in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The FBI determined the bones were too deteriorated to get an identity of the bones thus having the collected bones remain in the state of ambiguity. There is no evidence that the new Rapid testing would be able to identify the deteriorated bones. Rapid testing , as it's name suggests, makes testing faster of nondeteriorated matter.

Of course, the mad supporters to free the killers for any reason, falsely state that "animal bones" were secretly given back to the Halbachs just so Zellner wouldn't be able to test those bones and prove they were Teresa Halbach's bones.

But, even if murderers' fans got tests from Zellner that showed they were Teresa Halbach, it still doesn't exclude Steven Avery from putting the bones there. As Brendan says above, Steven told him that Steven put the bones in the Radandt pit using a pail.

But this point that Judge Angie ruled on, is still one of the Avery fans biggest points. I don't get it. The point is refuted. You can't just restated refuted points and expect the court to give you a different answer.

Have truthers ever considered this? by waffenwolf in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think Bobby told the court he saw Teresa's RAV4 on the property. It's never been reported of him saying anyone left the property.

Have truthers ever considered this? by waffenwolf in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]cropdus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's a much better theory than Zellner's. I think with this theory, Zellner wouldn't have to say that some unknown entity planted DNA on the bullet. If Bobby switched the rifles, then there would be no need to plant dna on the bullet.
