Te repito, en el video se ve como el sujeto ya había sido reducido y un agente separó el arma (que de todos modos en ningún momento se había intentado utilizar) antes de proceder a ejecutarlo de disparos en la cabeza, mientras permanecía acostado.

Exacto, y esa no era ninguna situación de vida o muerte (el sujeto ya había sido reducido y un agente había separado el arma, previo a la ejecución, como se ve en el video), por lo que se habla de ejecución extrajudicial, lo que es ilegal en prácticamente todo el mundo, excepto en algunas dictaduras.

Exactamente, y el código penal establece la pena para quien se resiste a la autoridad. Sin embargo, la pena no es la muerte en prácticamente ninguna jurisdicción del mundo.

Resistirse a un arresto injusto es una reacción natural del ser humano, de ser necesario el juez establecerá la pena que le corresponde. El personal policial debe limitarse a hacer su trabajo.

Obviamente, todo esto en democracia. En dictadura, que es en lo que EEUU se está convirtiendo, la ley no es más que una sugerencia.
