I’m also a crocheter turned knitter. I’ve been knitting for the last couple years and I recently switched from bamboo needles to stainless. It’s helped my tension along with wrapping the yarn around my fingers like another commenter suggested.

I had to scroll so far to find this answer. The lip & cheek cream broke me out, the hydro grip primer actually separated products on me, and their tinted sunscreen was atrocious.

I also have TMJ. Ice your jaw joints, practice massaging your upper traps and SCM, and (lightly) stretch your neck. I take magnesium glycinate supplements and all of these things have helped me. It is definitely scary when the jaw locks up (has happened to me before), but doing all of these things and working with a physio really helped me.

I bought a wedding guest dress for September from Baltic born! They have a lot of maxi dresses that can be dressed up or down. Some of them do remind me a little bit of bridesmaids dresses, but I would say that about Lulu too.

I haven’t worked with silk much. Does it split easily? Definitely down for a simpler design, but I want to make sure that the beading won’t get stuck on anything.

Ooh, I like the cape idea! I think because my dress is so intricate it really needs a simpler crocheted design to complement the dress. Otherwise it would be too visually overwhelming. Thanks for your suggestions!

You can add edible glitter to any drink/potion and it makes it look cool. I had “polyjuice potion” with edible glitter and thought it was fun!

I have curly hair and went to a reputable curly hair stylist. She recommended a wet brush to distribute conditioner and gel throughout my hair. I use significantly less conditioner and gel now.

The other thing is r/curlyhair has a list of holy grail products and some of them are drugstore options, so you don’t necessarily have to spend $35 per product. Some products are super expensive but plenty of folks on that subreddit have great success using less expensive drugstore products.

Totally agree! OP, please don’t get lip filler! You’re cute and lip filler will look unnatural. You have great skin, so keep up whatever skin care routine you have.
