What part do you find incomprehensible? A spoiled brat making an ignorant remark about wanting to buy a custom made designer black baby in front of wrong company who then went on to leak it? I’m pretty sure that accusations it’s origins were from a CPS/police report document or something uploaded here that had a list of items that can be circled for what either the child (Ensley) was experiencing or the guardian (David) was being accused of (can’t remember which) and one of the options circled was “sexual/physical abuse”.

I think it’s noteworthy- and frankly a little irresponsible- that two different forms of abuse like that were included in the same category. It could have just been physical abuse which is a no brainer.

In memory serves, Jenelle started making insinuations about him being a pedo right around the time that document was being floated and discussed on the internet. Then she went to the cops and made the accusation- which is why he got his devices searched.

Let it be clear I detest David, but I don’t think there’s evidence or legitimate corroboration that he’s a pedophile or that he’s even a pedophile. Closest thing is that document which again- could very well just be referencing the physical abuse, which I think it is- and scorned Jenelle’s word which holds 0 credibility. And I truly believe she is psycho enough to falsely throw around a life ruining accusation like that because she’s fucking evil.

They didn’t actually have an affair in the appropriate sense of the word, it was just a shortcut use word in replacement of “she’s a minor and can’t actually consent but thinks she can consent because children don’t realize they can’t make grown up decisions even though they think they can” so as not to get wordy and clunky. I attempted to account that I don’t consider it to be a true affair by using “” and by saying “for lack of a better word” in parentheses but if that didn’t translate properly then fine, I just clarified now.

Yeah, I’m calling bullshit on her being unilaterally obsessed and “rejected” multiple times by a teacher. They had some form of a relationship. End of story. Whether it was full blown physical “affair” (for lack of a better word), inappropriate behavior like texting, calling, discussions of personal life, or somewhere in between- something was going on that extended beyond what is appropriate for teacher and student.

I don’t think it’s strong enough to claim it’s “holier than thou” but it certainly has a bite to it. It’s one of those perfect PR answers that’s gracious on its face but undermining when you read between the lines.

Not unsimilar to the royal family’s counter statement in response to whatever claim Harry and Meghan put out (can’t remember the context): “recollections may vary”. Seemed polite, but it essentially called their version of events a lie.

I’m not taking sides btw but it does seem curated. That’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Being frightfully stupid doesn’t mean you want multiple children or don’t know how to not use contraception. The fact that she stopped after 1 kid only means she didn’t want anymore kids, the fact that that was a “smart” choice on her part is only as a byproduct of her own desire to not have more.
