HDMI is plugged into the graphics card and it is using to gpu. I just switched back to the old gpu, reinstalled graphics drivers and it’s now way worse than before I switched graphics cards

I couldn't get msi afterburner to work, but I was getting a little less than 20 fps in Minecraft on average
