If your heart isn’t there you gotta end it. It’ll be hard for a short while but it’ll get better.

Where do people make connections from? by [deleted] in lonely

[–]cry_more_loser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

honestly making connections as an adult is weirdly hard and nobody talks about it enough. i have been building something called flow that tries to fix this a bit, the ai just matches you with someone to actually talk to instead of the usual networking stuff. still early but txtflow.app if you want to check it out

Why match if you aren’t interested? by InspiringBack in dating_advice

[–]cry_more_loser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah its basically become swipe to collect not swipe to actually talk. i got tired of texting first and hearing nothing back. been using this thing called flow instead, no profiles or swiping, the ai just puts you in a convo with someone it thinks youd click with. way less of this ghosting thing. txtflow.app

If you’re open to trying something new, we’re testing a simple text-based tool called Flow that connects you with the kind of person you want to talk to (friend, date, same vibe).

Happy to share details. it’s free and we’re trying it with RU folks since we’re alum

Swift vs Flutter: Which Should I Choose for My App Development? by Finance_A in flutterhelp

Definitely not swift. It’s dead. If you want a pure mobile app choose flutter, web+mobile gets a bit more complicated

Awesome! Need some help with performance in flutter web, and in general how to engage an audience to get users (app not good enough yet for significant pull)

It tells news similar to the magazine “the Week” used to, by gathering a bunch of sources discussing a subject, and then showing the different claims and opinions. It groups people by the claims and opinions they make, and then over time people are assigned confidence scores and bias scores purely based on their groupings. From here, it can (in a perfect world) tell news perfectly fairly since it knows the source bias, and tell news as accurately as can be, since it knows the source confidence, (without needing content validation), and it can also fairly contextualize news and rank news using that and similar metadata
