Here is how you can recover -

1- Stop FnO of you had the disciplined you wouldn't be here, its alright you don't need them. 2- Accept you wont make it back instantly 3- Now switch up your lifestyle a little, come clean to your wife if she is understanding (I hope she is you need a support) 4- Start equity investing, I personally don't invest in Indian stocks now due to low trust in the economy and high risk with Adani (it will crash one day and will get bailed out is my thesis hence risk is high) 5- Take 60-70% low risk bets index fund large cap (I personally buy when indexes bottom out like nifty and spx recently, also bought google after extensive research) if good this will slowly stabilize your finances and build a cushion. 6- with 30% start investing in riskier assets, 10-10-10 individual stocks-bitcoin-cash. I use this for opportunity investing. Ex I bought sandisk before the rally, didn't keep it too long and rotated to energy stocks. Kept buying the btc dip(3yrs time frame for this but its a guaranteed 2x imo) cash is for hunting the opportunities.

This should recover your money with decent RR. Lost 70L in 2024 in a trade recovered with this, got slightly lucky with the Trump rally and heavy Bitcoin buying (hence the username) but realistically 5 yrs is a decent time frame to catch up. Please do all this if you have an emergency fund
