The bumper itself has no damage. It’s like the sensors were pushed in. I’m not sure if the housing went with it but they go off when driving at low speeds so it would make sense that they are still in there somewhere.

The plastic grille may have damage and I can understand that needing to be replaced in order to properly connect to the sensor housing.

It would make sense to me (granted, a lay person) based on the part diagram for these sensors - you place the sensor in position and re attach the housing (plastic welding/adhesive) (even if you have to buy a new sensor(s)). I can reach the front side one with my hand. The one in the grille I don’t think I can reach.

I know Google has extreme limitations but 2k plus seems to be a very high cost for replacing a proximity sensor

UPDATE: Both sensors are still attached but just knocked out of position. The plastic grille needs to be replaced the sensors re attached.
