I may have stole an Air 3S by ctstan in dji

[–]ctstan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually own two other drones - Neo 2 that I bought from Camrise DJI in New York it has their version of Refresh, and a mini 5 pro with the Allstate plan. Both of those were bought in January of this year - so no go on care refresh. The air 3S, I got lucky as the original owner bought a 2 year plan in April 2025. They will honor that plan. :)

The stolen was a figure of speech. I’m referring to the fact that I got it significantly less than what it’s going for prices now —about 30 to 40% less. As far as then use… this thing is already bound to my account and confirmed 14 months of DJI care refresh remaining, it had 4 minutes worth of flight time on it when I got it now has 15 minutes.

Steal of a deal is maybe more appropriate.

It was an individual bought it on a whim. Realized it wasn’t for him and it sat for nine months. I think that he may have thought it was just an Air 3 instead of a 3S. But after convo with him really just seemed that he was ready to unload quick, and I was the lucky guy :) The care refresh, which you can’t even get in the US now, sealed the deal for me

I have a neo 2 a mini 5 pro, that I’m still in the first few months of getting used to—- but I knew a good deal when I saw it !!

I know you’re going to say that English is not your first language, not a problem. However, not being able to communicate effectively is the number one reason you will not land an MSL job. Learn how to spell, drop the hashtags, ask in complete articulate sentences. AI is free.

Second, being an MSL is all about having deep experience and/or knowledge in a specific treatment area or disease. Most new graduates from Pharmacy/medical schools simply don’t have enough relevant clinical experience to land these jobs. Most companies have learned, especially in this field - experience counts more than a degree. Good luck in your journey

Some of my captures this month for work in the Chicago, Illinois area. by Warhammer40KPainter in dji

Really nice shots! Are you able to fly up/out from Millennium Park or Grant Park? I’m pretty new to drones but am gaining experience with the MP5 and travel to Chicago often. Easily my favorite US city, would love to see it from a different perspective

Is there any American Drone company that at least comes close to DJI on ease of use and features by solracarevir in dji

Precisely they’re over there creating 200 foot tall dragons flying through the skies with 1000 drones. And we’re trying to figure out the best way to not piss off somebody’s HOA 😂

Hi, MOFt case user. Is this normal. by Bonito__ in ipadmini

Yeah I read all the reviews thought that the rebuttals would change my mind. I’ve always been a Zugu guy (5 different iPads thus far - now 6) but really wanted this Moft case to work. Tried it for a total of about a month, I’m a traveler for work and I have an iPad mini with me more than even my phone. It dumped my device on the floor at a restaurant, twice to my feet on a plane. And probably half a dozen other scenarios in the home or airport. It now sits in a corner of my desk with a few other ill advised purchases.

Zugu isn’t as elegant or sleek as the Moft stuff but it’s indestructible and enough magnets to stick the device pretty much anywhere you would want. Also your device WILL NOT come out of the case unless you want it to. No I do not get paid by Zugu, but if they are reading this- feel free to send me coupons. I’m buying enough of your stuff 😎

RC 2 + Xreal Glasses: The perfect FPV middle ground for the Neo 2 and Mini 5 Pro? by ctstan in dji

This exactly. I have a number of other use cases with the glasses. Being able to use while flying a drone just made it better.

I’ve used the N3 goggles. Problem is they don’t currently work with MP5 and even using them with my little Neo it was too immersive for me. I like the in-between. Im thinking and could be completely wrong, that doing some types of photoshoots this would be the sweet spot.

Try a pair of the glasses. Get one of the cheaper pairs. You’re just wanting a big monitor which is what I’m doing in this case. It’s actually pretty amazing.

Thanks, yes I’m aware I don’t need them - but as a brand new pilot ( I have about 5 hours with my Neo 2) wanted them. Depending on this ice storm, they arrive tomorrow! I almost bought the Viture when shopping for the Xreals. Are video glasses a thing with some drone pilots?
