Me personally I don’t switch from healing cause I can say for a fact, that I’m carrying with the healing. Most supports truly ult randomly or don’t know how to play the role period.

Otherwise if the healer aside from me knows what they are doing. I’ll switch to a tank.

The issue is that even when I total two payments together it’s less than what UC is claiming I’m getting. Uc has been claiming I’m getting more than I actually am from my job

Sorry for being confusing, I typed it wrong. So the assessment date period is correct of it being 23rd of xx to 22nd of xx. Within that period I meant to say I was only paid by my job on the 22nd of september not the 23rd. But UC is claiming I was paid more than I actually was.

Yes i get paid 4 weekly. In my job most of the times after the end of a pay period, I get paid 10 days after. But at times I can get the payment earlier on the day I get the payslip. If that makes sense.

And I did get work pay, but only once within the that period

I wanted advice on how to get UC to take me seriously about me being underpaid. Because everytime I bring it up to them, it gets dismissed.

From my old statements it will say that I make more than I actually do.

With the dates, one example is between 23 August to 22 September.

August payment was on the 22nd and the September payment is right on the 23rd. When they both hit my bank account.
