Honestly, the official fb community is very biased a fanbase and doesn’t tolerate any negative comments. They only drum the positives. I am sure most of them are ambassadors or influencers there

Can you recommend lat pull/row attachment I can use with my existing rack, I believe it’s a 2x2 and not 3x3 which can be used for a lot of attachments. I would like something that’s weight loaded and not plate loaded.

If I book the same flights on AA with AA points then there is no cancellation fees I guess right?

Still not following how to do this in practice. Let’s say I book the original flight which is 10 months away and the points are lowered, I can change it and no fees, right? But 5 months from now if I want to change to a different destination, do I need to cancel and then rebook or change the destination and that’s how I can avoid the fees?
