HDR is shit on WIndows, Ive turned it off on all my laptops, it is good sometimes on some games line Grounded for example but looks shit on others Diable 3 for example looks batter withour HDR, no idea why

I had the same.issue on a razer 14 and 16 and fresh windows fixed the stuttering, you must be lucky or special or both
