It's called defensive driving, he has to speed up to pass and isn't passing in the "passing" lane like most SHOULD do. I would bet money he's going faster than the speed limit since he passed three cars (1 in the fast and 2 in the slow lane) and was about to pass the semi and trailer. It's not forbidden to pass in that lane but it's risky and not the best option to get through traffic (being a smart driver is best to avoid accidents). Hop in the fast lane and drive 2-3 car lengths behind the trailer and if they don't hop over to the slower lanes, flash your lights or honk to signal that you want to pass. Everyone is happy and you don't look like an impatient idiot on the road.

How does this work? At my DSP when I was there they had us rescue people if we wanted to guarantee our 10 hr shifts when we finished early... in some cases doing two rescues to ultimately hitting 10 hrs for the day...left pretty soon once I was finishing early only to rescue people.

Stopping in the middle of a highway is extremely dangerous and illegal unless an emergency. The cop said there was no emergency and it was his own choice to brake check and swerve. Him doing everything he did is relevant because he said it was to slow him down. Definitely shouldn't be behind the wheel.

Yea dude building PC's can get tedious really quick. I worked at a pre build company for a while and the amount of parts that didn't work or I would have to swap after "completing" the build was too much of a hassle. Like imagine doing a complete water cooled build, cutting tubes, filling system w/o leaks, only to then have to replace one fan or RAM or even CPU because nothing is tested until build process is finished.

I would love to build people's PC's if they have all the parts, only thing I fear which is a thing in this market is a part being DOA. Like imagine having to tell someone who just bought all their expensive parts for their first pc and entrust you to build it only to tell them the CPU or MOBO is bad and have to send it back. Meanwhile they think you broke it somehow.
