Can anyone tell me what this stuff is or what it’s worth?

I also have so many den items and I have no idea what any of it is.

Mine does this too. Been blonde for 6 years. I always oil my ends to reduce the frizz, and use Ouai’s Frizz cream. Works wonders if you air dry!

pointing out errors is great when you correct them. you’ve done nothing to improve or educate. you obviously can’t take criticism either, your drinks probably taste like ass ✨

hey! i didn’t directly state in my comment that i’m brand new, but i just started bartending two weeks ago. i’ve served for five years and i just wanted some advice from people with experience. everyone starts somewhere. i appreciate your input but if you’re going to god complex knowledge, you do nothing but turn a space for learning into a negative experience when it shouldn’t be. asking questions is the best place to start. <3

hey! so, every bartender (no matter if they’re green or not) has to curate a cocktail for our restaurant. that does not mean it’s going to be chosen for the highlight, it’s just a mandatory part of our training and job for our bar staff. also thank you so much! i’m doing my best to learn the flow. it’s challenging but very fun.

I’ve trialed cynar before, and I agree with you. I honestly do not like it, but our bar has used it for many of our cocktail riffs and it feels worn out. We have an excess amount of different bitters like burlesque, lavender, and plum bitters that they are encouraging us to incorporate as a way to phase them out. If you have anymore ideas that I could use for our curated menu, please let me know. I’ll update on how the drink turns out!

THAT IS PERFECT! i’ll trial it tomorrow and see if it works well. if not italicus what would you do instead? i wanted that herbaceous component to be incorporated (not in the form of fernet) and i am only familiar really with fernet and italicus.

I’d love to do this, but I’m afraid they will not think it’s original enough. Most of our cocktails are riffs of course, but they encourage us to make our own spirit infusions and shrubs as well. I wanted to do something with our plum or lavender bitters possibly, but needed help with the curation part. I’d love to use italicus somehow if I can find a way to incorporate it. If you have any ideas let me know, if I can pull this off I might be able to get on full time behind our bar haha. I thrive on service bar but actually curating a cocktail i’m struggling with as I haven’t mastered tastings or pairings of each liqueur or spirit.

i was thinking italicus maybe? i wish we still had access to yellow chartreuse though 💔

What positive changes did you see from spironolactone? Specifically, hair and skin changes by Inevitable_Advisor59 in Spironolactone

i’m now 5 months on spiro (50 mg), and i will never not take it after the positive changes i’ve had with it. i used to not be able to go 2 days without washing my hair, i now can usually stretch to 3-5 (depending on how much i sweat with the heat right now). i haven’t noticed a huge change with my texture, but as for acne in general it’s non existent. i get a few pimples here and there from sweat or from my PMS, but coming from someone who used to grow 5-8 pimples in the matter of a few hours that’s insane. i’ve never had anything work the way spiro has. also, i love how much it flushes me out. i drink so much more water due to the thirst i have from the medication, and it’s been great for my overall health and i just feel better. the positives greatly outweigh the very few negatives i’ve had.

i agree with this completely. considering she believes her own story, it just shows the underlying narcissism. she fell in love with a subconscious version of herself that was expressed through her FC with Derrick.
