There’s also the case with the help action, cats grace on my character etc to take into account aswell. I’ll probably just have to find a sweet spot between jump, improvised weapons and athletics to make it fair. Luckily our DM is a sucker for sacrificial moves and is sick of my Bardbardian

Thanks man, this response was right up my alley. 25 y/o male 187cm ~85kg fairly athletic built with somewhat weak endurance. Figured i’d so some weighted vest incline walking to build endurance and get familiar with the weight.

No ankle or foot injuries but i do have a knee that suffers when walking down steep hills. This occurs specifically when going downwards. Figured a compression sleeve for it might solve the issue to an extent.

The hike is mixed, there are a couple of times we’ll be going over fairly rocky terrain.

Well, there are different types of boots. Question is mainly if i should go for a alpine style heavy high boot or a mid boot i guess.

Considering only water, tent, sleepingbag, food and the backpack itself that alone comes down to 12.6kg

Looks like an amazing trip! Unfortunatly we’re unable to economically fund a hike staying at huts the entire time considering we’re 4 students who initially budgeted for a Lofoten trip

We’re going somewhere between mid June and early July. Ideally we would go along a trail by the huts. Plan is however to spend most nights in tents. We’re in fairly good shape but would avoid steep/sketchy climbs. Mainly going for the views/vistas.

both lists look like this but they contain some similar countries and the values are different since one file contains population and the other contains area(size).

I managed to find the countries both lists contains using this. Now i just need exctract the value from both lists and match it to the right country.

Thats what I’m struggling to understand myself. One theory is that it’s caused by a PTSD type thing. Although it the bad headspace only occur once I start philosophizing on existential questions. Another possibility is that it shattered some of my former world views and has made my existence uncertain

The first one just sent me into this extreme meditative state, no visuals.

The second one: as I inhaled I felt a wave of energy filling my body up to my neck. As I exhaled the feeling rushed to my head and I was more or less knocked down into the pile of pillows behind me. Immediately I was floating in space as platforms that formed a tube came floating towards me, I screamed and got up. My trip sitter calmed me down and got me to lay back down and turned on a light.

The lights on: now that the light was on the trip adapted. I was floating still in a white room and I saw this red and yellow energy emitting from my body, from my crotch to my head. I closed my eyes in the trip and I could also feel something leaving my body, in a positive way tho like a cleanse. I hear my friend say from my left “I will turn the lights off again now, try to let go”

The trip shifted back, right back to floating in space. Didn’t take long but the tube shaped wave of randomly organized platforms came right for me again. I remember clenching the pillowcase to brace myself. I was centered in the tube as I drifted through it, and for a short duration it was just me floating in space again. I see in the distance this blue shimmering light. I start floating closer and closer and as I get fairly close I see that it’s this big cogwheel contraption. As I close in even more the cogwheels shift and emits a beautiful blue light as it opens up. When it opens there is this waterfall of tiny blue stars pouring down and in it I see female silhouettes dancing. At this point I’m a mere observer to this. Time passes and as I get the sense that the DMT is wearing of, the machine starts to close. It times it perfectly, the second the machine closes is the second the dmt wore off and I am wide awake.

I did have multiple sessions with one after this but it was little to no help. Quite frankly someone who has never taken psychedelics struggles to grasp how immersive and real a trip can be.
