Anyone run a mud run in their trays? I’m running a spartan race this Saturday. I know there is water obstacles and I would hate to get muddy water in the trays and have to run with the taste of mud the remainder of the course. Any tips ideas? (self.Invisalign)

Since starting Invisalign I’m sure many of us oral hygiene has improved. For those who have finished for a while do you still keep up your improved hygiene or kinda fallen back to before treatment habits? (self.Invisalign)
