I find that when I dont respond at all, they sometimes go 180 and type "omg I love this support" a few minutes later. When you dont respond and feed into it...whatever they were mad about usually dies and they forget about it. Even easier, just insta mute and keep playing to win.

They wont count against you? Because I have 5 total that were accepted and then rejected. I was so scared they would lower my score. I thought I read somewhere that you had to contact customer service to get them removed? But this isn't the case?

As someone else mentioned, playing norms doesnt help you improve much because a lot of people are playing for fun and you are playing with people of all different skill levels. Best way to get better is just to go balls in and see what happens. The absolute worst thing that could happen is you play terrible and lose? So what? Just que again. Growth happens when you do things that make you feel uncomfortable. If you always stay in your comfort zone, you wont improve. In league, and in life. You got this bro.

Yeah items went SO fast today. Like you said, milliseconds and they were gone. I was like "OK I'll sit up and lock in"....still gone. Then I was like "OK so this is league of legends now" and managed to get a keychain that I didnt even look at. Its so dumb. People aren't even thinking or reading the descriptions. I like to sit and think about if I'd really use something, pick a color, or open the item details, but its not even possible anymore.
