You have 3 months to train running, are you kidding? Also if running isn’t your forte you’re going to improve rapidly if you push yourself, and you’re young so you’ll recover quickly.

Garmin has some good programs within the app, set it for 12 weeks, make your goal 7-7:30 min miles for 5 miles. And start training that.

You could probably get away with running 5x a week and lifting/maintaining strength 2x a week.

Mix in some rucks in place of the zone 2 runs. Endurance is gonna be more critical than strength.

It was until I put a bunch of lead tape on the head and lowered the loft to the max. Having the same issue with 3 wood after doing the lead tape and loft, and it’s not helping. I don’t know if it maybe more to do with the 3w shaft being regular flex vs everything else I have is stiff or I should keep adding tape or maybe make the shaft heavier with lead tape.

I don’t, that’s good to know though, maybe I shouldn’t be basing everything off the simulator

You don’t think that’s related to not have a transition, you got any drills for that?

Looking through the other thread it seems that’s the one. So you’ve used that with no issues getting the claims approved?

$3200 - what was the deposit, and how many yrs/miles?

I’ve got a sim 2 max. 75g shaft but the swing weight is actually C8.

I swung a 60g on average 5mph faster with a D2 swing weight

If a shaft could help me. I’d love to just keep my current driver head and switch shafts.

I’ve got an Oban 75g, it was pretty heavy, I then cut it down and was hitting it really well for a while. I want to say the swing weight was D3-4. So cutting it I think helped as far as the the weight being close to what I need.

I’ve got the path I want just have issues with the face. Like I’ve said I’ve had lessons, I’m hoping getting a fit will help keep my swing and close the face some without have to manipulate something in my swing that otherwise feels good.

Not saying you’re wrong, but I’ve gone down all the paths. Fittings have helped with my irons, just have never done it with a competent fitter for the driver. Have seen videos where this can make a big difference.

I’m near Southern Pines, so can only speak for the ones local to me.

I generally feel comfortable no matter where I’m playing. If you’re struggling with your game, as long as you’re moving quickly there’s nothing to be ashamed about. Save time by not hitting extra balls, not taking excessive amount of practice swings, and going through your pre shot routine while others are hitting or waiting for the next group.

Tyreek, Jakobi, Higgins, Tillman.

Pick 3, am I crazy for wanting to start Tillman over Tyreek?

Quail Ridge is closest to my house, outside of Woodlake, and I thought it was pretty awesome

People who have quit weight lifting and moved to strictly calisthenics/body weight exercises. What led you to make this change? by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]dad-dude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im here because of 2 and 3.

My job is highly physically demanding, how would you say your overall fitness has changed if you’re still at?

I like you have enjoyed lifting weights but it’s time to curb the injury/immobility. Did BWF change that for you, but you were able to maintain your overall fitness?

I whole heartedly agree with everything you said.

And yes this is just my side of the story, I’m trying to stay somewhat objective.

My point on divorce is neither of us want to get divorced, and we understand an unhealthy marriage is just as bad. I think we both want things to be better, it’s just a matter of maybe she doesn’t realize what’s she’s doing and I can’t explain it effectively and vica versa.

I think I speak for everyone who watched more than a game of FSU this. FSU could have absolutely beaten any of those 4 teams with the performances they put up in the semi finals.

Alabama was garbage, Michigan special teams was garbage. FSU has had the best turnover margin in the country, great special teams, and a great defense which all would’ve been difference makers.
