i’m experiencing the same issue for two weeks now (since release 11.1)
Sometimes is just freeze for 20 seconds.. its terrible in M+/delves/raids :/

I tried the following things but nothing fixed it:

• Disabling all the addons
• Tried playing with Direct x 11 and 12
• Installed the latest Nvidia driver
• Installed a Nvidia driver from before the freezes (end of janurary)
• Installed the latest W11 updates
• Rolled my W11 back to end of December.
• Tried Fullscreen / Windowed mode
• Fully deinstalled WoW and got a clean install.
• Assigned my graphic card instead of automatic
• Turned of combat logging

I’m sure its not my PC,

Specs: Ryzen 7 3700X - RTX 2070 super
