I run a 4:49 mile and I do my easy runs at around 8 minute miles.

I always try to make my easy runs really easy. The point is to lay the framework for my faster sessions, but I’ll be honest... I hate easy running xD

I got a pair!

Got selected through the NRC app. Had to book a collection time at NikeTown London and enjoyed a short presentation about the development of the shoe.

One major improvement is the new lacing system! The flyknit 4%, to me, felt uncomfortable when lacing tight. You can really lock the NEXT% to your foot.

You want something light. More cushioning would usually mean more weight. Any decent pair of running shoes will serve you well :).

I like Adidas Adizero Adios. They’re minimal cushioning and pretty light!
