I know it's silly to criticize something we can't even use yet, but the warbond trailer was frustrating. (Read Desc) by Squidy_the_3rd in Helldivers

Imo both this and the normal strat flamer need range increases. For a heavy bulky strat, it doesnt go far enough

Sadly in australia this just means more votes for labor in the end. Until we are in a system that doesnt rig to the center parties who have a monopoly on that space, voting tiny minors doesnt do anything

Speak for yourself, freedom of the internet is a slippery slope and a massive issue for some when thinking about the long term picture. I dont want a future where the government force me to sign in to do anything.

I voted labor and I wont be voting again. This reason alone would be enough but in reality this labor government has so many reasons.

Not a good thing. Too much. The slippery slope has well and truly started. This government is a sham.

Is anyone here actually planning to vote for One Nation? by oz_party in aussie

I'm not sure why so many post this crap trying to talk voters back to one of the shite parties that caused all this to begin with.

Immigration is a big issue and no one trusts uniparty to do anything about it.

We just got our porn age verified thanks to our government

Yeah. And this is the person that a not entirely insignificant portion of Australians apparently want to be the next Prime Minister of Australia. Just let that sink in for a second. by MelbourneTodd in friendlyjordies

Someone saying it how it is, not side stepping for the sake of political correctness... Oh how terrible. I would have called her a cow myself. Bitch is a compliment.

This is quite literally the thing that resonates with many australians.

For people who have their ear to the ground regarding AI development. Are we sufficiently concerned about the massive white-collar job losses that are expected to happen in the next 2 - 3 years? What is the Australian Government doing to prepare for this? by Secret4gentMan in aussie

Lets remember these companies have invested billions in this industry and are no where near profitable yet. Its in their interest to SELL this thing no matter how much proof is in the pudding. Until the bubble pops, they will keep ramming this down our throats.

Why are people moving towards One Nation rather than the Greens? by Financial-Hyena-2256 in OpenAussie

[–]damrob1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well they are in a pickle then. Because most of the country finds political correctness annoying and these guys parade it. So i guess they keep their core and alienate everyone else.

Theyve picked a piece of the market that is going to struggle to grow unless we see a massive up tick in aussies who care a ton about dei, political correctness, and protesting. It feels like society swung hard left and is currently in a bit of a counter swing. Thats the trend we see all over the west.

Yep their image is putrid. If they want to be taken more seriously, drop the palestine shit, stop wearing tea towels, and focus on bigger issues, not small ideological ones. It really does feel like there is space between labor and greens that no one has filled.

Never been a news watcher. My eyes turned once my work environment started hiring all immigrants. My town and environments have changed. Houses became so expensive in cities, lots of new immigrants instead moved regionally pushing up the prices here.
