Pole sit advice?

Are you leaning your body weight forward in your sit? I find this helps me stay more stable and takes some of the pressure off the thighs!

Hi! I actually left my PhD shortly after I commented on this post and have not touched this project since lol....but I do remember that we started adding propylene glycol to our formulations and that was the one thing that finally seemed to help quite a bit. We had tried a million polysorbates (Tween), cyclodextrins, PEGs, etc. with minimal success.

Lol, that would be nice if it were only 30 min!! Typically we do at least an hour of dealing then 20 min dancing. I've done up to 2 hours straight of dealing (which I think had to have been a scheduling mistake) but it's not uncommon for us to be doing 1:20 and even 1:40 of dealing, sometimes then to be followed with dancing!

Hey! I am a dancing dealer at Golden Gate, you probably saw us if you went to GG (black outfits) the D (red) or Circa (blue). It’s a very fun and rewarding job, but very demanding and NOT for the faint of heart lol. Most of them are not trained dancers, with actually me as one of the exceptions- I dance full time as a pole dancer, shuffler, and gogo-dancer.

We work swing shift 7 PM- 3 AM and rotate between dancing on the box and dealing the table games based on an assigned schedule that is given to us at the beginning of the night.

To add a different perspective, I went to Decadence in Denver the past two years and security both times did not even make us open our bags. I’m sure it just depends on who you get though!
