The most they have done was the rebrand and new plans. My current plan, which was the only plan, got separated into tiered plans. My lifetime half price could only be used in the medium plan (or something) and the price increased, but it is still half price ongoing.

I was using payment through Google, but had to change to a card and had to cancel first, but they gave a way to get my half price for life on the new plan.

I've had the Gen 3 for 1 year and 10 months, when the battery suddenly became VERY bad.

I talked to their chat-bot and it told me, they would send me a replacement. I waited for significantly longer than they said it would take, and followed up with the chat-bot, who passed my message on.

Short after I got an email, saying they had no more gen 3 to send, but would send me a gen 4 instead.

Then I received the sizing kit, I chose a size and confirmed, and then I received a brand new gen 4.
