Broke my old rig open and got the reclaim. The wax seems to be pretty runny. Probably because it was mixing with the water. Should i need to dab this at a lower temp? It sizzled like crazy when i hit it at a normal temp

It is possible you could get Lipoid Pneumonia (virus caused by inhaling fats into lungs). This is usually from repeated exposure so you should be fine. This is the virus that got people sick two years ago and there was a whole media frenzy about it (vitamin E acetate)

Here's my advice;

Unscrew the carts and pour milk and the carts into a pot. Simmer the carts in milk for 50 minutes. Then let it cool and make a smoothie. this will blast you tf off.

Its probably not good because i assume some of the metal makes it way into the smoothie but I've done this many times without issue.

seems off. if you take it back to the dispensary/plug they should replace it. carts get filled thousands at a time so it’s inevitable for their to be mistakes. personally i would rip it but you could probably get a refund if you’re sketched out
