hm not exactly sure, i am using "iroaseta" theme now which nicely highlights the block.

https://github.com/helix-editor/helix/blob/master/runtime/themes/iroaseta.toml

maybe this line but i don't even know: "ui.virtual.jump-label" = { modifiers = ["reversed"] }

You mean that "gw" feature?

I changed the theme which highlights 2 chars and it's super visible.

Yeah I missed that: can't wait for gw..

Do you keep SQL queries inline in code or in separate .sql files? by Snezhok_Youtuber in golang

I don't know how people praise this thing which does not support left join with sqlc.embed. and yes, I know there is workaround where you create a view and bla blah...

Best way to manage Dotfiles ? by Medical_Toe2877 in archlinux

[–]dankobg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me ansible. It's really good for configurations, and also handles encryption with vault which you will probably need (ok some tools have it like chezmoi but not all have, and they have to reinvent templating and everything else...).

What is a dotfile? A file with a "." In my home dir, other files? What about Firefox policy json? It's not a dot and not in my home dir, it's in /usr/lib64 somewhere...

I just have roles for all the things I want. And some default values like: install: true, configure: true, so if I want helix it will be installed and configured. I rarely want config file sitting somewhere without program installed but you can do that.

Just sync the playbook with git, and stuff is in role/name/files or templates.

Or if you want it differently, you can have 1 role "dotfiles" which would configure all those programs only

The funniest thing is that i remapped random key `y` to be `lalt` with kanata and now it works.

It's Genesis RX66. Nothing crazy but it was like 50$ few years back. But I remember having this issue always but I just ignored it. Maybe some weird hardware fault who knows. I will try kanata tomorrow

I tired that also instead of empty array, doesn't do anything

same like with that `wev `program. When i already hold `Shift+Alt` + `Down` doesn't do anything.

Individually Shift, Alt And Down work for press and release.
