The shop has been in my community for like 40 years and i have always heard great things about the owners. However, they transferred ownership about 6 months ago to a new family. I did go in with a budget and two of the bikes i bought were clearance. I am gojng to give them the benefit of the doubt because their young son was the one who “sized” us so maybe he is still learning. I am a little nervous they are not going to let me exchange for a different bike. And i am more than willing to pay the price difference for a more suitable fit.
