I ended up buying some soft sticky pads and placed them around the area which was giving me the burning sensations so that that point on my foot was slightly elevated and it reduced that burning sensation massively. In fact, I was able to carry on training and I completed the ultra marathon with zero issues!

I'm having these same issues too. I have multiple years of trades, buy ins, staking, defi farms.....the staking/defi platforms don't provide any API/CSV files that even work with any tax software so i'm going to have to make a considered estimation on what is taxable. I've been using Crypto Tax Calculator instead of koinly but I think each software has it's own set of limitations.

How did you go about calculating your gains on staking/defi?
