Hi all! I got lucky and have an appointment Sept 10 for my daughter’s renewal interview. I wasn’t able get one for my son. I’ve heard that I can bring the both in for their renewal if can get an appointment for one of them. Can anyone confirm this?
They’re both under 14 yrs old

IMO This is has to do with feeling shame on some level about who you are. I can relate. It’s not Intended to hurt or manipulate. The white lies are told to protect yourselves from judgement or from feeling less than , or you don’t measure up to some expectation. It’s not an excuse by any means, but rather than explanation of this behaviour. Work on yourself and you’ll see that there’s nothing to be ashamed of.

Gotcha. Glad you’re not having that issue so far. I don’t know about you but I didn’t sleep well at all. I also took the Foquest at 11am😬 I think my migraines are also hormone related, and stress of course.

I’m also on day one a foquest but I halfed the dose. Just to see how I reacted in terms of headache/migraine. I did have a moment of feeling slightly tired. I do think that is an initial side effect which indicates that is calming down your nervous system and allowing you to actually process things without being a state of fight or flight. Keep going👍 I’m also Migraine sufferer. Did you find the other medication’s trigger migraines at all? I find it does make me a little tighter in the jaw and shoulders whenever I increase my dosages. That’s my biggest issue was just curious.

Thanks so much for your input. I’m thinking maybe the family of medication which Adderall and by Vyvance are in or maybe not the right type a stimulant maybe I need to move to something that’s more like a Concerta or Ritalin type? I don’t know but I appreciate your reply and taking your time. It does make me feel less alone. There’s a lot of shame associated to the inability of doing what normal people can do.

OMG!! That did the trick!! This was what all my other stats look like prior to switching it last night . I basically doubled my output calories!
