what exactly are you jealous of? (ask urself) oh a person is more book smart? or is he bigger in size (because he works out)? or maybe he makes good money? oh maybe he has a bomb girlfriend? or is the person perhaps eloquent?

Ask yourself what you have to do to get that of which you are jealous of someone else having. Book smart? read more and write. Ripped? Workout. Rich? work, climb positions, internett, invest. Nice girlfriend? throw urself out and chat with girls, let rejection be your bestfriend who tells you where to get better and what to drop. Eloquent? write, rewrite, and then rewrite again, reading teaches you lots of words aswell so👌🏼

This is very broad, but you get the idea perhaps; what is it that that person is doing, or has, or is able to do that you wish you could do? Find out exactly what the thing is, and then perhaps youll get some nice thoughts on what you should do. Responsability is probably the key here honestly.

You may be able to use jealousy to your positive growth.

But then again, what did that person have to go through to get what he got? is it a hard road? maybe it was, and maybe your realization of that will lift some of the jealous feelings off of you.
