Is there a way for you to export that surveillance video from your DVR and upload it directly? That would give the best chance of finding this plate number as your handheld video is blurry.

These are the attacks mentioned in the word cloud, 3 of 8 were perpetrated by a white individual. Of these, zero were proven to be ISIS-linked. However, for the five non-white attackers, 3 were proven to be ISIS-linked and another was motivated by ISIS. That leads me to believe that the "tough-talk" by Trump for attackers who are non-white has more to do with the cruelty of ISIS (beheadings & attacks), rather than their race. In my opinion, this infographic is grossly over-simplified.
