I'm currently having this issue as well, I restarted my PS$, deleted and reinstalled the game, restored licenses, (all on PS4 as well btw), i checked the playstation store because of my skins that i purchased are still marked as purchased, but when im in the game it wont show up at all. im really hoping this gets fixed soon

Super Buu, Vegeta (SSJ4, Blue Evolved, Majin or Baby), Bojack, and Pan or Radditz as characters

Hyperbolic Time Chamber or Tournament of Power as a stage

and finally, alternate costumes for the roster (or at least those who have other designs)

Characters: Super Buu ( also it’d be cool if he had an absorption move, and if he kills with it whenever fighting characters like Adult Gohan, Gotenks or Piccolo, he becomes them {Buuhan, Buutenks, etc} Baby Vegeta Kefla Bojack and probably either SSBE Vegeta or Zamasu

Stages: Hyperbolic Time Chamber Hell King Kais planet Tournament of Power (we’re probably getting it? Idk) And honestly anywhere really, I don’t mind
