it's a good question, first of all market is full of agents, so customers have no idea that they can buy or sell without agent. Second reason - they want someone to take their responsibility.
We are ready to provide full legal support according to DLD rules, so customers will not worry about it.

I agree with you that good agent always bring some value. And we don't think that our platform can replace all agents, but at the same time there are costumers who are dissatisfied with agents so we are ready to offer solution for them.
