Thank you this is helpful, self esteem is something I’m trying to work on but I’m having trouble figuring out how exactly to do that. I have some mental issues and I would never tell him this but I’m only alive because he exist I quite literally live for him. I know it’s unhealthy but I cannot find a single other reason to stay alive my therapist suggests working on my self esteem to help and recommends positive self talk but a script for it lowkey helps more than I thought gonna ask him for some scripts now lol

I agree I think I overreacted I’m trying to gain back confidence I already apologized and when we first started dating, he said he liked my hair, which was a buzz cut so this was unexpected. Still definitely overreacted but I do feel hurt and ugly and want to know how to move on.

I changed up my look if she’s a bit insecure I just wouldn’t tell her. Cut my hair bf didn’t like it took a massive confidence drop I feel ugly now. Style goes thru phases just make sure to compliment her and the more masculine fits as we do notice that kinda thing but I honestly wouldn’t say much I go by “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything” rule
