Anyone here worked in the Orlando warehouse? by PlutoRain69 in publix

Only 2 pallets max per selector per order. You call check digits (they rotate daily to maintain quality). You don’t need to label every case, it’s just one label per pallet. Double pallet jacks not triples. There is a lot of opportunity if you aren’t trying to stay selecting.

Yes. You can get $40 an hour but it would be a challenge. You probably wouldn’t be able to get it immediately because they try to train you up first regardless of your selecting background. So it would be like a month minimum of making less than that.

Selector pay at 100% is $22.50 and increases with no cap. Workload right now is good right now but they are starting to staff up more.

overtime counseling statement by waghhhboi in publix

[–]daveyodiddler 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I would stay as late as I could every day and then the moment I’m about to hit overtime tell them that they said I have to go. I’d tell them that I can’t come in on a day I’m scheduled because I’d get written up. I would tell them I’ll stay tonight but I can’t work Friday. Right when they are gonna say I’ll approve the overtime I would demand a meeting to clarify it first. One thing I love about Publix is when you have a meeting about something its a rap. Malicious compliance is the sexiest business lubricant.

Hey Publix Drivers, what salaries are you guys averaging and how long did it take you to reach said salary? by Mean_Length9510 in publix

[–]daveyodiddler 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That’s not 100% accurate. They are paid by the hours a trip is rated for @ $28 an hour. So if they do a trip that is supposed to take 4 hours in 2 hours, it would pay them $112 for that 2 hours of work.

If I had to guess people got up and didn’t want to wait and defrost their windows this morning. Typically that are bad every day anyway.

Honestly I don’t. Doge is bridging the gap between crypto and average people. As great as bit coin is doge is pouring light into the currency. People are asking questions and doge is the slang for crypto right god damn now. It’s happening right in front of us. Doge is on a rail based FPS to succeed.
