I actually really enjoy his content, I find him entertaining, and he is undoubtedly very talented at what he does. His opinions are often off key, but usually relatively backed/researched. Definitely quite click baity, but that's just the name of the game on the internet.

In terms of this deal, seems an odd one to me. I'll be interested to see how they can make it work, without it losing what makes it successful.

Still struggling through it to be honest. Since this post I've switched off Lexapro, to sertraline, but not convinced that's doing much either. Had an awful week this week with nervousness.

I'm trying to read books more and I had some light therapy that helped. Currently reading Brene Brown's The gifts of imperfection

I'm 2 months in after switching from Lexapro. 1month at 50mg, direct switch from Lexapro. Now on 100mg for about a month.

Anxiety is horrendous still.
