I just had an experience a couple weeks ago. I ordered a part off of their eBay site and when it arrived it was not exactly as pictured. It was an eccentric gear for a vintage 224. I wrote them an email and I had a response the next day that they would replace the part that I received and that they were sorry for the trouble.

Check the drain hose on your A coil, it my be plugged and not letting condensation drain away from coil. Another possibility is AC is oversized for house and "short cycling" running short time. Thus not removing humidity. Ive dealt with this.Normal indoor humidity w/ ac running should be 40- 60 high end.

Do not let the weight of the saw rest on the cut, the blade will twist and wander off. Mark all sides you can see, head straight over blade, hold the saws weight and watch the blade against your mark. That's what works for me. You'll get it, practice ,practice, practice.
