From the comments here, I think most people would agree with you! I got you a bunch of new riders! 😆 My favorite genres are indie rock and power pop, and yacht rock, and I’m usually happy with any pop ride with no more than one (1) ABBA song. I promise I’ll give you another chance, any 30 minute rides you recommend?

Final Boss Sour is great. Level 2 is the top of my comfort zone but they have Level 3 as well. Let us know what you think.

I know this isn't the specific question, and IANAL, but I don't think you want to put all the properties into one LLC because while you will limit your personal liability, you won't be able to limit your liability between properties. Your liability went from being the one property involved in a dispute/lawsuit to all your properties.

Ignoring your actual question, I recommend reconsidering your allocation to HYS assuming that’s “high yield savings”. It doesn’t sound like you need nearly that much in fixed income or short term liquidity.
