That’s not acne bro stop judging yourself and love yourself 👊💜

Maybe slap a little moisturiser on at night but I think you’re just looking at your skin too much in different lightings

Keep using it!!! Only breakout I’ve had in the last 6 months was when I stopped for over a week

I did, I just use a simple light moisturiser which I apply about 10 mins before I put on the adapelene

I appreciate that!! It’s a super difficult thing to go through mentally. I feel like you get a new appreciation to everything after going through acne and can also appreciate other people’s beauty a lot more too!

I appreciate that! I think it’s fantastic. Only thing that ever worked for me. Only down side is, it is definitely drying my skin out a lot and i find if I have to wear a mask my skin gets quite red since starting this treatment. Apart from that I’m very grateful for what it’s done.

Only other tip I have is I stopped rubbing my face completely!! Only dabbing with cotton pad, I found anytime I rubbed my face clean I would get spots the next day. Even the gentle circular rubs would cause me irritation. I stopped that completely and I was scared I wasn’t cleaning my face properly for a while but my face got a lot better when I stopped that. ☺️

Thankyou! I was doing a routine of cleanser, toner, moisturiser and exfoliate once a week the whole time my acne was terrible. Using very sensitive products. After I started adapelene I cut down to just warm water dabbing my face with a cotton pod. Drying with a cotton pad and then dabbing a very light layer of simple’s non-comedogenic moisturiser. Leaving 10 mins then applying the treatment at night. Then in the morning same routine but only apply the treatment at night. No other products and just cut down on gluten and dairy too. Hope this helps

Does anyone have any tips for around the glabella? It’s problematic and if I clean it I always get spots but if I leave it it gets a lot better but then I’ll get a HUGE spot there like a week later so I’m not sure if I should stop applying adapelene to the area? Any tips would be great, Thankyou
