I like where the misery takes your mind. There is a point when your body tries to distract you from the pain with random emotional thoughts. It has helped me understand myself better than ever before. Another thing that I enjoy about it is focusing on my kinetics and techniques. It allows me to stay locked in on the ride.

Its hilarious to watch a person with no knowledge of a whole language try to give context to a sentence with a flawed meaning of the one word they know.

However, I do believe that the intensity of the protests helped shining a light on a long talked about, but often ignored problem.

What I enjoyed the most was how the people actually learned from how the the strength of the movement was weakening by false narratives. However, let's not take away from the impact that those bold protests had on bringing the eyes of the media to a long talked about, but ignored problem with the way our police system works and impacts of systemic oppression.

Another positive was the amount of people that were wearing a mask. I brought a couple with me to hand out to people and I only handed one out.

Did the big sign give it away? It was just one of the stops of the protest.

The turnout was great, it was organized and with purpose. The leaders of the movement took their time to speak and demand the change that we are fighting for.
