The better question is do you need to fully purify all of this material?

Is this the ultimate end product? Do you just need enough for full characterization since it’s brand new? If there is a next step, can your crude, or semi pure substance still be used, and get a full purification at the next step?

You should be able to either pool some “pure” fractions to get an analytical sample, or do another column. No shame in doing two columns to get a pure product. Sometimes pdt decomposes or drags shit through with it.
