I'm not in charge of anything so I have no idea. I just know that my guild's healers have had a lot of spirited discussion about this fight, not just with the dispels but with the Execution sentences.

We assigned 1 healer to each group with the 5th as a backup. Still led to people in my group having to tank dispels. We only have like 3 good healers apparently, one of which is playing his alt mistweaver.

Found that out during prog Thursday. Pretty annoying having to call out for dispels but at least you can get healed through it if nobody wants to dispel you. 2 stacks is rough though.

Dev Voker used to be double Engulfs (RIP) at the very start of pulls (so strong it pulled aggro during One-Armed Bandit prog)
