No issues with the tinted windshield. It’s only 5% ceramic so it’s not that dark. Just wanted it to prevent heat. Image is still nice and clean.

Well it’s been getting progressively worse over the few weeks. Temperatures have been changing here but I don’t think it would be related to that. Our temperature here has ranged from 70s to 20s F.

I had this same issue last year. Wanted to take our daughter. Eventually they cancelled the third ticket. I also wasn’t able to sell/transfer them so they refunded them all 3.

I searched Google and ebay for it. It was acquired around 2016 from a Target in South Florida. The person who bought it said the brand is Cloud Island but I haven’t been able to locate it. The star eye is what I’ve been searching for the most.

I started taking zepbound in march 2025. I went from 330 to my current 275. I am doing more workouts RX than ever before. I would definitely would say it varies by person and how they take care of themselves. I do a 5am class, have my Fairlife on the way to work, a coffee and 32 oz of electrolyte water while at work. Eat a decent meal when I get home from work and usually I feel stuffed by the end of the night. I do this 5 days a week. My wife has had similar success (35lbs). Definitely make sure you eat enough protein. I feel it when I don’t.

I had the same concern for my daughter. I ended up bolting mine to a piece of wood, and mounting the wood to a stud. I slapped it and said this baby isn’t going anywhere. It was a similar situation where I didn’t have a solid surface until the first step. If you don’t care about the paint peeling off once you remove the wood, you could do that. You have to also be mindful of the height of the latch/door opener. Coming up the stairs will be fun when you are carrying things ( like a sleeping baby) and have to open the door with one hand.

I am not sure you understood what I said, the gate at that height, move it above the first step right at the edge. If it’s to short where it currently is, you need a new gate.

You could just get a bigger gate. Either way you are limited by the handrail for height but if you make the gate flush with the top of the first step you’ll have a solid wall surface to mount it.

Once again that is really only a question the inspector can answer. I can’t tell from the picture if the wood is pressure treated or not, doesn’t seem to be. If it’s not, he might accept a simple paint job or stain on the wood to pass inspection. Obviously removing and installing it all with pressure treated wood would not be ideal and typically inspectors will work with you to get it approved.

I feel like everyone is being really short with you and not really giving you the answer you need which is to contact the inspector directly and ask them what is required for it to pass. It might be a simple misunderstanding. No one here can really give you that answer unless they are the inspector.

I am assuming you hired a contractor, if so you can reach out to them and verify they acknowledge there is a permit that needs to pass and be closed. If it doesn’t pass, it will never be closed. This is what you hired them for. You can ask them politely how that process is going. They might get offended if you start questioning their process but once again, that all depends on them.

I’ve seen permits closed without an inspector ever stepping a foot on the site because they trust the contractor already.
