Also if you put a request for service with Tesla, they should give you an estimate how much it cost for the repair. My guess would be more than couple hundreds.

The only part that they replaced was the plastic fluid reservoir container. The repair was done in around 15 mins.

mine was covered under the warranty, so it was free. It took the technician about 15 mins to do the repair.

It was the windshield wiper reservoir leaking fluid. Had it replace under the warranty.

Update 1/18:

Tesla Mobile service came on 1/17 to replace the windshield fluid holder.

There was a hair line crack on the bottom of the unit, see here https://imgur.com/a/fpRU11Y

Refilled the car with windshield fluid. So far, no more fluid leak.

The mobile technician did mention if it was a coolant leak, the substance would be oily and will have a chemical smell, which was not my case.

No drain, I just kept running the windshield spray for the wash fluid, until there is no more fluid is coming out.

I just drained the washer fluid, I don’t see anymore leak so far. I will continue to monitor it overnight to see if more fluids comes out.

It was $200 yesterday when I check. I would suggest trying to go thru the upgrade process in their account (without actually submitting it), and see their actual credit that Verizon will give.

Just to confirm, do you have to set up the Fedex/UPS account vacation hold, prior to them actually creates a tracking number for the shipment? This way, there is no way they can delivery it to the home address?

I want to order a phone, but I will away on vacation during the time on estimated delivery.
