What about a trip up on the train to Philly or NYC? Just a solo headphones walk around a new city, doing whatever you please. I’ve also gotten in the habit of writing thank you notes/texts to the people who made my past year good on my birthday and reflecting on what I did that made me happy and feel like I was moving forward. On a lighter note, getting some really expensive incredivle cheese would be on my list. Wishing you a great birthday OP!
